The CAU Job Fair offers companies direct access to students and graduates.
Show your presence early, get to know talented individuals and secure your place at the fair: Bookings for talent transfair 2027 at Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel (CAU) are now open.
On 27 May 2027, the careers fair will once again bring together companies from a wide range of sectors with students, graduates and alumni right on the Kiel campus.
With various exhibition areas on Christian-Albrechts-Platz and in the Audimax, talent transfair offers companies a wide range of opportunities to present themselves as employers and engage in face-to-face conversations with potential young talent and skilled professionals. When booking, companies can choose their stand location individually, subject to availability.
For companies, talent transfair is far more than just an exhibition stand: it provides direct access to students and alumni from the CAU and HAW Kiel across a total of 225 degree programmes, and combines recruitment with employer branding and long-term networking. Company profiles and current job vacancies will be visible in advance via the fair’s website. Additional formats and presentation opportunities help companies to attract targeted attention and make contact with interested talent.
“Personal contact is a crucial factor, particularly when it comes to attracting qualified young talent. With talent transfair, we bring companies directly onto campus and create opportunities for encounters that can lead to concrete career prospects.”
At the same time, the focus is on personal interaction: whether it’s starting a career, an internship, a part-time student job or a practice-oriented dissertation – talent transfair provides a straightforward setting in which companies and potential applicants can engage in dialogue at an early stage and explore career prospects.
Companies wishing to take part in talent transfair 2027 at the University of Kiel (CAU) can book their stand from now on.
